Hello april. I am going to plan this month doing new challenges. I will run 30 minutes every morning, 15 minutes do yoga, 20 min body stretch, and 45min learn new vocabulary, study english. Also i must wake up before my son it is another a big challenge for me. When i became mom i getting fat. Now i want back to my young body shape. It is not to easy i know. But i can do it before summer. Good like for me 😁😁
